These are the terms for using youthstartups.co.uk. They are short because the site is short: four pages, three forms and a way to support the programme.

Who runs this site

The Bae HQ Impact Ltd, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, company number 15222824, registered at B.04 Clerkenwell Workshops, 27-31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT. Contact us at team@thebaehq.com.

What the forms do

Filling in a form on this site starts a conversation. It is not an application, an offer, or a place on the programme.

  • Putting a school forward tells us you are interested. We work with a small number of state schools each year and we cannot take every school that asks.
  • Telling us about your school puts it on our list to approach. Whether we work with it is our decision and your school's, not yours.
  • Putting your name forward as a speaker adds you to the people we would invite. Each talk is invited separately and we cannot promise a slot.

Students apply through their school once applications open, not through this site. Places are selected by us. Nothing here guarantees one.

Using the site properly

Give us information that is accurate and that is yours to give. If you are naming a teacher, use their published school contact details, not a personal address.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, including the admin area.

Supporting the programme

Payments are taken by Stripe, and Stripe's own terms apply to the transaction. What you give supports the programme as a whole. It does not buy a named week, a place, a team or a student, and it does not entitle you to any of those.

The Bae HQ Impact Ltd is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. There is no Gift Aid on what you give.

What is on the site

The words, photographs and design here belong to The Bae HQ Impact Ltd or to the people who made them for us. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy the content for your own use without asking.

The figures we publish are real and each one says what it is based on. Dates for the 2027 programme are a window rather than a fixed week, and we say so where we mention them. Details can change, and we will change the site when they do.

Links to other sites

We link to thebaehq.com and to a small number of other sites. We are not responsible for what is on them.

If something goes wrong

We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be either. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on the site, except where the law does not allow us to limit that.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change this page and update the date at the top.
